When it comes to maintaining your Dolphin pool cleaner, knowing the basics can make the installation process much easier. This guide is specifically designed for replacing the brushes and climbing rings on your Dolphin Nautilus model.

To begin, open the sides of the pool cleaner using a screwdriver to remove the 4 screws on each side panel. Once the sides are open, remove the tracks from each end. Snap out the ends of the brush roller one by one and lift it out of the frame. Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the cap from the center tube of the brush roller. Take out the roller's center tube and gear caps.

Before proceeding further, check the climbing rings for pliability. If they are dried out, soak them in water to soften them. Slide the old climbing rings off the brush rollers and replace them with the new ones. Be sure to soak the new rings in water before installing them. Slide the climbing rings slowly onto the rollers and ensure they are seated correctly.

Once the climbing rings are in place, reassemble the brush roller assemblies, return them to their designated slots, and screw back the side panels.
